Authorized Users:

• The Multi-Sport Game Court is exclusively for Mayfair residents and their guests.

Supervision:

• The Association does not provide supervision for the Multi-Sport Game Court.

Assumption of Risk:

• All users participate at their own risk, and the Association disclaims responsibility for sanitization, disinfection, or any associated risks, including viruses.

Operating Hours:

• The Multi-Sport Game Court is accessible only from dawn to dusk.

Parental Supervision:

• Children under 6 years of age generally require parental supervision.

Basketball Court Etiquette:

• Basketball court users must be considerate of others and remain vigilant for smaller children.

Prohibited Uses:

• Improper use of Sports Court equipment is strictly prohibited, including usage that poses a danger to users or bystanders.

Weather Conditions:

• Refrain from using the Multi-Sport Game Court if surfaces are wet or frozen.

No Pets:

• Animals are not allowed on the Sports Court surfaces.

Alcohol and Glass:

• The consumption of glass or alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the Multi-Sport Game Court area.

No Smoking or Vaping:

• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the Multi-Sport Game Court area.

Restricted Equipment:

• Bicycles, roller skates, and skateboards are not allowed on the Multi-Sport Game Court.

Language and Music:

• Profanity and music containing profanity are not allowed.
