Mayfair HOA Dues

The 2024 Monthly Mayfair Home Owners Association Dues are:

$75.00 for Single Family Homes

$93.10 for Townhouses

Payments are due on the first of every month, after the 10th of each month a $25 late fee will be applied to the account. “Late Notice” shall be sent to any Owner who has not paid any assessment in full by the close of business thirty (30) days after the applicable Due Date. 

Our management company Legacy Community Services offers 3 different ways to pay your assessments.

Below are the different ways plus any convenience fees as applicable.

1. USPS Mail – Please make your check payable to Mayfair Community Association. You can mail the check with the remittance portion of your statement to:

Please include your new account number on the payment.

2. ACH Direct Debit - You can sign up for this “free” service one of 2 ways. You will need to complete the ACH Direct Debit Form below and send to jcarman@legacycommunityservices.com along with a copy of a voided check for processing.

3. Resident Portal E-Check & Credit Card Payment - You can visit the resident portal at lcs.cincwebaxis.com. Once at the main page you can click “Quick Payment “or you can log into the portal. Once on the main page of the portal, you can click on the link that states “Pay Assessments “. On the “Pay Assessments” screen you have a choice to pay by e-check or via credit card. You can also set-up recurring e-check payments on this screen as well. There is a small convenience fee of $1.99 for E-Checks and 3.5% for Credit Card payments as charged by the bank.
