Mayfair Community Association Mission Statement
The purpose of the Mayfair Community Association is to manage the business affairs of the HOA and to manage and maintain the common property for the benefit and enjoyment of all interested parties in the most transparent way possible. The Board believes transparency and integrity, as we are all owners here and want what is best for the community.
The Mayfair Community Association Board of Directors will ensure that all decisions are made in the interest of the community and will uphold the highest ethical standards. We will respect and treat all owners fairly and will ensure that privacy is protected for owner personal matters.
Our goal is to preserve the owner’s investment in their property by maintaining the common areas in an attractive and economical matter and look for opportunities to enhance property values through improvements and economizing but never at the price of safety.
