Mayfair Pavilion Area Rules

The Pavilion is an open-air structure available to all Mayfair residents and their accompanied guests. 

Reserving the Pavilion

Reservations can be made by reserving the date on the community calendar (Community Portal) five (5) days prior to the event and the reservation will be conditioned on the user agreeing to comply with these rules and to be responsible for compliance by his/her guests and to indemnify and hold the Association harmless for any loss or damages associated with such use

Mayfair Community Grill Rules

The outdoor community grill intended for the enjoyment of Mayfair residents and their accompanied guests. As with all the amenities, the upkeep and maintenance are funded by Association dues, so please be responsible. 

Never, ever leave the grill unattended. This is the cardinal safety rule of grilling. All it takes is one good breeze to blow ashes out of the grill and onto the ground, nearby furniture, etc. If you have to step away for a moment designate another person to keep an eye on the grill.
