These rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all Playground users. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is appreciated. 

• Exclusive Access: The playground is reserved for the use of Mayfair residents and their invited guests.

• Lack of Supervision: The Association does not provide supervision, and users participate at their own risk. The Association is not responsible for sanitizing or disinfecting equipment.

• Operating Hours: The playground is accessible only from dawn to dusk.

• Age Restrictions: The playground equipment is designed for children aged 5-12. Parental supervision is recommended for children under 6.

• Consideration for Others: Users must be considerate of others, particularly smaller children, and exercise caution while playing.

• Prohibited Activities: Any improper use of playground equipment, posing a danger to oneself or others, is strictly prohibited.

• Weather Conditions: Refrain from using equipment if surfaces are wet or frozen.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the playground surfaces.

• No Glass or Alcohol: Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the playground area.

• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited within or around the playground area.

• No Wheels: Bicycles, roller skates, and skateboards are not allowed on the playground surfaces.

• Respectful Environment: Profanity and music containing profanity are not permitted.
