Summary of General Rules & Regulations
1. Exterior Material Storage:
No lumber, metals, bulk materials, or trash containers are allowed in plain view.
Materials must be stored inside the garage, in a fenced backyard, or an approved shed.
Coordination with the Managing Agent is required for contractor material storage.
2. Landscape Material and Lawn Care:
Landscape materials in the driveway are allowed for five days.
Lawn care equipment must be stored inside, not in the driveway.
Longer storage requires written approval from the Managing Agent.
3. Trash and Recycling Containers:
Containers must not be visible on non-designated days.
Containers can be placed out from 12:00 PM the day before pickup to 9:00 AM the day after.
4. Recreational Equipment:
Equipment cannot be stored in the front or side for more than 72 hours.
Basketball hoops must adhere to design guidelines and may need Covenants Committee approval.
5. Holiday Decorations:
Decorations can be displayed no earlier than 4 weeks before and removed 4 weeks after the associated holiday.
6. Signs:
Limited signs allowed, including For Sale, Political Campaign, Garden Flags, Security, Contractor, Special Occasion, and Private Property signs.
Size and placement restrictions apply.
7. Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance:
Lawns must be kept neat, trimmed, and not exceed 6 inches in height during mowing season.
Lot owners are responsible for mowing and trimming along the curb.
Lawns should be fertilized, treated for weeds, and kept in good condition.
Excessive weeds are not permitted, and bare spots in front and side lawns must be minimized.
Landscaping beds must have living plants, be weed-free, and properly mulched.
Consistent and well-maintained landscape edging is required.
Trees and shrubs must be pruned, with trees not hanging lower than 7' over sidewalks.
