Mayfair Social Committee
The purpose of the Social Committee is to promote and maintain positive lines of communication with Mayfair residents and to arrange opportunities for Mayfair homeowners and residents to meet together and socialize on a regular basis at a reasonable and appropriate expense to the Association.
Make recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning, planning, scheduling, and implementing Mayfair social events.
Provides recommendations to the Board regarding the Association’s annual budget for community activities.
Meets at least quarterly or as often as reasonable and necessary.

Are you passionate about orchestrating gatherings and eager to connect with more of your neighbors?
As a volunteer, you will engage in the following responsibilities:
Attend Mayfair Social Committee meetings, which typically occur one to two times each month throughout the year.
Collaborate with fellow committee members to brainstorm engaging community events.
Reach out to vendors and obtain estimates for planned events.
Assist in event setup and/or cleanup.
Ensure the smooth operation of events.
The expected weekly time commitment for this role is approximately 1-2 hours, although this may vary depending on our event schedule.
